  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all packaging and tags intact.

  • Certain products such as personal care items, customized goods, or clearance items may not be eligible for return.

  • Please provide your order details and reason for the return.

  • Once approved, you will receive instructions for returning the product.

  • Customers are responsible for the shipping cost of returning the item, unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect product.

  • Refunds will be initiated within 7–10 business days after the product is received and approved.

  • If you prefer, you may request an exchange instead of a refund, subject to product availability.

4. Damaged or Wrong Items

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected] with photos as proof.

  • In such cases, return shipping costs will be covered by Zack Zephyr, and a full refund or replacement will be arranged.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items not returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • Used or damaged products (not caused by us).

  • Products missing original packaging or accessories.
